Sr. Cloud Solutions Specialist position is responsible for evaluating customer orders and purchasing appropriate equipment, provisioning virtual machines to
specifications, and assigning network subnets for implementation. The position is required to be well-versed in all
aspects of the ECMoC technology in order to support and advise on proper procedures, automation techniques, and problem resolution.This position also manages the enterprise user access framework for ECM support engineers, and guides the access management support team in resolving access issues.
The Sr. Cloud Solutions Specialist will ensure that accepted industry practices are adhered to in the ECM environment provisioning,mitigate procedures when security scans expose gaps, and provide support to the other IT engineers.
Advise the Provisioning Manager on enterprise environment status,provisioning status of customer environments, change request/service request remediation and status."
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years of system adminstration experience
5+ years of other IT experience
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Deep experience in aspects of infrastructure,operating systems (Windows and Linux).
Demonstrated knowledge of IBM middleware is desired.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
Commitment to customer satisfaction and service.
Technical knowledge and experience in multi-discipline areas is a plus.
