Solution Manager-Cloud Solutions

You will be responsible for:

  • The development and sales of Cloud based technical solutions.
  • Lead multinational, multi-discipline teams of subject-matter experts.
  • Use a combination of IBM and non-IBM offerings, services, labor, assets, hardware, and software to meet client business requirements.
  • Orchestrate the development of complex, multi-year, custom solutions and associated cost cases. The directions they establish are the foundation of IBM's solution and heavily influence sales, human resources, and contract and delivery strategies for the engagement.
  • Anticipate, develop and define innovative services solutions which match the client's and IBM's tactical and strategic requirements.
  • To define the services solutions and the primary source of engagement management and solution design around the world and across technical disciplines.
  • Domain Expertise in cloud application migration, DevOp and application rationalisation and modernisation.
  • Extensive experience in sales, solutioning and delivery of Cloud Migration offerings and solutions.
  • Client relationship skills - ability to communicate effectively with client C-suite partners.
  • Deep understanding of commercial strategy, TCO, economics and pricing of typical Cloud migration deals.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
  • Experience of building business cases to support cloud migrations and application modernisation
