Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Knowledge of IBM Service Management (ISM) v7 technology
• Knowledge of IBM SmartCloud Control Desk (SCCD) technology
• Experience in ISM Maximo / SCCD
• Experience in DB2
• Experience in WebSphere Application Server
• Knowledge in UNIX/LINUX administration/usage
• Knowledge of ITIL processes with focus on Incident, Problem, Change management

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• Practical Abilities with scripting languages (java, ruby, chef, etc)
• Knowledge in area of WebSphere Middleware
