Service Delivery Specialist

Job Description

Perform security health check on OS and application systems against IBM security standards; identify the gaps between current system setting and standard requirement; register any deviation in the issue tracking database, and track it to be resolved

Perform security patch management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Familiar with Microsoft Office product (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiar with Lotus Notes
Fluent Japanese
Intermediate English
Fast Learner
Candidate with IT knowledge or background is preferred
