We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager - Business Intelligence and Analytics role for a 12 months fixed term contract, based in Perth.

The Role is Responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project scope, project agreement or contract. They have

  • Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables
  • Applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
  • for managing all project resources, including subcontractors,
  • establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client.
  • Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client.

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills -
  • Minimum 10+ Years of Project Management & Leadership experience including multivendor environment, distributed team & offshore teams
  • Minimum 5 project experience involving Business Intelligence, Big Data & Analytics, or Cloud Migration.
  • Understand metadata management repositories (e.g. data standards or business glossaries), captures business/data quality rules & quality thresholds and designs Data Quality reports & dashboards
  • Has foundational knowledge of analytics API's, services and solutions including data governance technologies for data quality and metadata management.
  • Experience in any Business Analytical/Reporting Tools (like TM1, PowerBI, SAP BO) and ETL tools such as (Informatica, SAP BODS, DataStage) and Business Warehousing (SAP BW)
  • Experience of AWS (any other) cloud environment (SaaS and PaaS) and integration of such environments to on premise solutions and applications.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis and conducting Design Thinking sessions.
  • Experience in design, develop and implementation of cognitive solutions
  • Experience in Automation (RPA)
  • Certified in traditional project management as well as experienced in Agile delivery of next-generation Cognitive Computing and Advanced Analytics
  • Experience in Energy or Utilities industry
  • The role is based in Perth, so practitioners currently in Perth or willing to relocate for longer duration can only be considered.

Compensation package from $ 98 770 (full-time equivalent inclusive of superannuation) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
