In the Customer Experience and Growth (CXG) team within IBM Digital Business Group (DBG), innovation is our business. We focus on creating the next generation web experience by challenging the status quo and see beyond the horizon.
You will be at the center of this innovation. As a design lead, you will work in a highly-talented, high performing, cross-disciplinary team to research, rethink, invent, design, build, and evolve the IBM experience. You will build a versatile design system that will support all of ibm.com and its user journeys. You will work on all levels of design from core elements to high-level components, experience patterns, and shared services.
At the foundational level, you will test and validate the new Duo design elements within ibm.com and work with writers and other designers to create standards and guidelines. At a component level, you will help the team to evolve existing components into Duo thinking, style, and function. At a patterns and shared services level, you will design new components around the new journey system while applying and pushing the limits of the new Duo design standards. At all levels, you will work with other designers, UX designers, and researchers to test and validate components and patterns, and create truly innovative, delightful, relevant, and useful solutions to help our users achieve their goals. And as a member of the core design system team, you will provide design and creative support to adopters and various teams internally and externally.
