Senior Counsel , Trust & Compliance Officer

Job Description
Within the IBM Greater China geography, and in pursuit of IBM Trust & Compliance's global mission:
Engage, support and guide business unit executives and functional support leaders on their compliance and risk management responsibilities, with an eye towards helping them maintain a strong culture of integrity leadership throughout their organizations and the geography.
Drive and support business unit leaders' creation and execution of integrity plans and anti-corruption and anti-fraud awareness-building initiatives (including via Integrity Summits and employee/third-party compliance forums).
With executive management and cross-functional teams, assess and drive enhancements aimed at raising the effectiveness of business processes/policies and related training, in support of a robust system of controls and strong IBM compliance posture.
Together with Trust & Compliance management, geography executive management, and cross-functional teams, proactively monitor and strategically address compliance trends/developments including on areas of potential vulnerability, if any arise at IBM audits, inspections, internal investigations, and other reviews.
Oversee team operations, supervise and train employees and talent, and actively support Trust & Compliance's growth and transformation in the geography.
