Senior Consumer/Retail Industry Solutions Seller based in South Africa
MEA Consumer Industry Solution Expert delivering Industry Strategy and attainment of Industry targets through personal identification, validation and progression of Industry Solutions (ISA coded Services and Software) opportunities in GBS Premier and Foundation Accounts + the defined list of Growth Accounts. Use the DB1 process to qualify opportunities.
Focus on ST Signings and pipeline development is paramount and attainment of $4m GBS ISA coded signings per H is priority individual target. Contribution to MEA Industry Solutions 1H targets will determine ranking and payout. Contribution to Business Development (LTS) Deal Intake and GTS + Cloud Signings will be factored into assessment.
Engage with Client Execs and brand teams to bring the defined Industry POV, Solutions Value Propositions and Research Assets to Services led opportunities. Engage the Cloud BU to ensure IBM Cloud is positioned with Industry Solutions in all opportunities. Participate and contribute to the Industry Community and be active on Social Media and in IBM Communities to promote Industry Thought Leadership. Support the build-out of the Client Centres with Industry Assets and Client days. Actively engage at Industry events with speaking slots and in Client Experience Surveys.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong sales back ground with over 15 years experience
- Has a strong network with C Suite individuals in the industry
- Strong solutions sales track record
- Strong relationships with PnP, Woolworths, Shoprite, Clicks
- Specialist in retail areas like IoT, customer insight and experience, supply chain, marketing and campaign management
