The role of the Technical Team Leader is to lead the IBM technical team to deliver customized, scalable web solutions for client facing digital business area. The job will involve performing detailed analysis of functional and non-functional requirements,driving continuous delivery and deployment and developing automated approach of error tracking. It will need the person to lead proof of concept and discovery initiatives for identifying cost effective solutions, create macro and micro designs and maintain application quality, performance, availability, scalability, integrity, and usability. It will need the person to create plan level, requirement level, and design level estimations of software development life cycle, resolve defects and productions issues.
