IBM's Salesforce practice works as part of Bluewolf to advice clients and implement Salesforce at clients in order to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Job role description & Responsibilities
As a subject matter expert with deep technical expertise in Salesforce.com as well as deep industry expertise, the Solution Architect has system-wide responsibility on complex, integrated projects, leveraging knowledge of application development methodologies and other technologies to produce comprehensive solutions and provide direction for entire programmes, projects or project teams.
The Solution Architect will be responsible for solutioning, strategising, and driving innovation and efficiency, and will be called upon to provide business strategy and technology roadmaps for clients, whether in a pre-sales / bid capacity, or on delivery engagements.
The Solution Architect will work with Sectors, Industry and Account teams, identifying and leading teams efforts for both new and add-on opportunities, and contributing towards sales and revenue growth for the GBS European Salesforce.com practice.
Mentoring and nurturing more junior talent and also cross trained talent is also a key part of the role, and efficiently driving knowledge management, collaboration and knowledge sharing to build re-usable assets, accelerators, methodologies across the Salesforce.com practice.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 4 years experience in SALESFORCE.COM architecture, Apex , Visual Force, Triggers, and Classes
At least 4 years experience in CRM applications
At least 4 years experience in Salesforce.com and/or Force.com and/or delivery experience in one or more of the following domains: Financial Services, Telco, Industrial Products, Retail, Distribution or Consumer Electronics
At least 4 years experience in driving asset based solutions, references architectures and accelerators
At least 4 years experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods
At least 4 years experience in a lead technical solution architect position on large-scale enterprise SALESFORCE.COM projects /programs
Certified in Salesforce.com Certifications (Administrator)
Certified in Salesforce.com Certifications (Developer)
Certified in Salesforce.com Certifications (Sales / Service Cloud Consultant)
English: Fluent / Dutch: Fluent preferred
