Role: TSS Sales Specialist

IBM Technology Support Services (TSS) offers IBM Hardware and Software Maintenance Support and Multivendor Support Solutions (MVS) covering data centers, networking and user devices. Must have at least 6 years in selling maintenance solutions for multiple brands of equipment
Must understand ITIL and the associated best practices for IT operations
Must have extensive experience in developing winning proposals, either as sales or solution designer
Experience in building IBM SDM cost case will be an advantage.
Skills/Abilities/Competencies required include:
Ability to understand client pain points, gather requirements to solution differentiated approaches to solving client's problems
Think out-of-the-box solutions, develop sales strategies in competitive situations
Develop proposals, presentation materials for RFP and formal presentations
Ability to present to CxOs on IBM business value proposition
Ability to run proposal writing activities and abide by IBM processes
Work as a team player and have the ability to lead the team in overcoming internal challenges
Strategize for winning, thought leadership
Major Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive IBM Maintenance and Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) solution sales in the North
Develop winning strategies for proposals submitted
Interface with Asean team to learn how to develop MVS proposals with high value proposition
Make client calls to gather requirements
Interact with suppliers (and IBM procurement) to develop solutions that solve client's problems
Develop SDM cost case and work with pricers to competitively price IBM proposals
Make client presentations on solutions and value proposition.
