SaaS Q2C Order and Dispute Management Professional
This job role covers activities related to Order Management to support upcoming Acquisition workload for Truven. Role includes order processing, credit card, billing, dispute mgmt, credit adjustments and cancelations in SAP and Gaia systems. People in this role interact with Project Offices, Sellers, ARs or customers and are responsible to maintain client relationships by supporting fulfillment processes, taking ownership of problem and disputes resolution, accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, applying effective research techniques, and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity. Execute the defined business processes, in line with business controls to meet business objectives. The employee prioritizes tasks and chooses the best method.
