Creation and consolidation of client reports as well as internal report requests based on contractual obligations. Meet official reporting timelines towards client and fulfill ad hoc client report requirements. Maintain high level of client satisfaction and help ensuring that SLA targets are made. Leading the Reporting Center of Excellence deliveries, overseeing and giving direction to reporting specialists supporting multiple account
Your role and responsibilities
• Creates and delivers reports required for external and internal clients and comments the most important trends.
• Supports management team by designing customized reports providing source data.

• Provides management and Finance with transaction reports.
• Helps enabling SLA target fulfillment by providing daily/weekly/monthly reports for analysis.
• Participates in various projects and delivers the source data for the analysis.
• Delivers system usage trainings for end users.
• Creates and updates processes if any change required.
• Accurate and timely claiming.
• Meeting targets and deadlines on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis according to agreed SLAs.
• Leading and overseeing reporting specialst team's deliveries
• Account support planning
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent data management skills
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent Data Viusal skills + tools knowledge ( PBI, Tableau, Cognos)
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, SAP, Oscar2 tools in reporting or data mining in Procurement or other department
Preferred technical and professional experience
Advanced MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point) Tableau, PowerBI
