Introduction

IBM Seeks Support Agent to our Technical Support Center in Oslo for Portable PC.

Job description:

-Support of on the phone, chat and mail to both private and business customers, mainly for Lenovo ThinkPad.

- Troubleshooting with customers on the phone, and eg remote control to the customer's PC.

- Support to our technicians with what spare parts to use and technical instructions.

- Support for hardware and software such as driver routines and pre-installed OS.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Technical Diploma

Required technical and professional expertise

-Knowledge and experience with portable PC/ LapTop

- Polite and outgoing.

- Be independent, take your own initiative, be service minded.

- Teamplayer.

- Good Norwegian language skills both oral and written. Minimum B2

- Good English language skills both oral and written.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Education as an IKT Service Employee or in Computer electronics will be preferred. Certificate (Fagbrev) is an advantage.
