Job Duties
Project management responsibilities include delivering technical automation, BPM, Robotics, rules engines projects on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Scope Management
  • Project Financials Management
  • Resource loading management in scenarios of onsite, offshore projects.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelors (Must), Masters in Technology (Preferred)
  • Project Management Experience of minimum 4 years to 8 years
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Able to demonstrate hands on technology coding experience prior to project management in career.
  • Experience in projects on BPM, Robotics, work flow based projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in one of the following focused industries (banking, insurance, healthcare)
  • Understanding of agile / scrum (preferred with scrum master certifications)
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Experience in Complex Program Management is a plus.
  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
