Project Manager

Job Description
At IBM Venezuela, we are looking for a Project Manager.
What are you going to do?
Maintain ongoing communication with the Client and internal service areas
Responsible for the delivery of services, service levels and quality response to the Client
Management of service levels and deliverables services established in contracts
Support the commercial area in the growth of the account under its charge and in the strategic planning of the account
Provide direction to the service execution team
Responsible for managing the Client's expectations regarding the service contracted
Manage ls resolution of "issues" related to the delivery of committed services
Experience in financial contract management, cost control, expenses and Income
Respond to the business and audit controls required for contracts under their responsibility
Manage and respond to the requirements, requests and projects of the Clients about the services / products of the service portfolio
Manage suppliers and services associated with the contract at your expense

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Degree in Higher Technician or Computer Engineering or Allied
  • • Advanced or intermediate knowledge in service management and IT contracts
  • . Previous experience in Contract Management and Project Management
  • . Experience in relationship with clients at Executive level


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Certification PMI (Project Management Institute)
  • . Certification in ITIL Foundation V3 or higher
