Offering Manager - Dashboard & Visualization Services

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Offering Manager at IBM on the Sterling Platform and Order Management System Dashboard and Visualization Services team, you will work with OMS clients, design and development teams to progress innovation on UI design and enhancements. You will define roadmaps for common dashboard and UI componentry that can be shared across the Sterling Supply Chain Suite product portfolio. You will develop strategy and offering plans for both On-Premises and SaaS clients. Lead design partnership conversations and cultivate client references. Develop extensibility plans that enable clients to customize their implementation of SaaS UI. Work with the IBM Digital Team to define and implement product usage and metering instrumentation.
Successful Offering Managers in this role will be strong leaders, who prioritize well, communicate clearly and keep a consistent track record of delivery. They will be problem solvers, searching deep into issues to discover root causes and collaborating with a team to build innovative, long-term solutions. The will have a strong understanding of business impacts (such as customer acquisition costs) of design decisions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong understanding of Offering Management disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Order Management and Supply Chain practices
- Ability to prioritize according to strategic business goals
- Experience with multiple product delivery models: SaaS, Premise, Hybrid Cloud
- Ability to gather competitive intelligence
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with or understanding of Artificial Intelligence
- Deep knowledge of and experience with Agile Practices
- Design Thinking experience
