Job Description
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in IBM-TSS partner accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
• Pro-actively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Pro-actively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.

• Achieves assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts.
• Establish, develop, maintain and manage IBM Business Partner to leverage TSS Business both IBM Logo and MVS Business, cross offering business management.
• Completes partner account plans.
• Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings.
• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

• Reports to the TSS Country Sales Manager and TSS ASEAN BP Channel Sales Organization
• This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7 years of sales experience.
• Excellent business acumen will be preferred.
• Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
