- Engineer information retrieval solutions with modern tools on a corpus of millions of documents
- Provide users with the information they need, when they need it
- Create ranking algorithms which incorporate user activity into results feeds

Help@IBM (IT Support portal) - ~2M monthly sessions

Our intranet is vast, with millions of assets indexed, and offers unique challenges.
