Member / Security Specialist
•Supporting SARM Japan to centrize security operations for Japan SO projects.
-Registration and Data entry work of ESCT(Global toolset) and Security Calendar(Japan local application).
-Security schedule and operation metric tracking, follow-up, and creating security satatus report.
-Operation of security advisory translation(English to Japanese) solution. ( Scope is only ticket handling. Translation is out of scope.)
•Supporting security operations for Japan SO projects.
-Security APAR Management
-User ID Revalidation
•No need to communicate with customer.
•Able to work on 09:00-18:00(JST)
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
•Japanese speaking and writing skill must be excellent above average
•English writing skill at basal level
•Knowledge of GSD331 Security
•Knowledge of ISeC Security
•Knowledge of IT Security
•Proficiency in MS Word ( Development skill is not required )
•Proficiency in MS Excel - Nice to have Excel VBA Development Skill
•Proficiency in Lotus Notes ( Development skill is not required )
•Knowledge of ESCT(Global toolset)
•Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related major
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in IT System would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on process and procedure documentation would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Familiar with functions and features of general PC system
- Proficient in MS applications, Excel and W ord processing
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Hard working, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Problem-solving techniques
