Our IBM Maximo team needs to grow to satisfy industry demand as we provide top flight services to our clients in industry and government. The candidate will work with Clients to take ideas to reality using the Maximo platform. This requires good communications skills, team skills and an understanding of the Maximo tools. Skills using Python and/or Java Script, BIRT reporting and/or Cognos reporting are needed. Knowledge of Maximo version 7.6 is a plus. IBM is integrating Maximo with Watson and IOT technologies; the candidate will have access to the very latest tools and training. The candidate should have 3-5 years or more working experience with IBM Maximo.
The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our East Lansing center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel approximately 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in, or be willing to relocate to, MICHIGAN. The work location is 196 Crescent Rd, East Lansing, MI 48824. This is not a work from home position.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in the following areas:
- Good verbal and written communication
- IBM Maximo
- SQL Database - such as Oracle or DB2
- Scripting Language such as Java Script, Perl
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio)
