Your role and responsibilities

• Develop AI Agent solutions using IBM tools tailored for Db2 databases serving SAP NetWeaver.
• Assess the existing Db2 agents to determine their compatibility and feasibility for SAP integration.
• Identify and define opportunities for building new AI agents within the Db2/SAP space, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and IBM tools to continuously improve agent solutions.
• Document and present findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Base experience and knowledge in AI/ML development, with a focus on agent-based systems.
• Knowledge in relational database and Db2 LUW databases in particular.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience of public cloud concepts.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Hands-On experience with building Retrieval Augmented Generation systems.
• Applied Knowledge about Generative and Agentic AI tools to design and implement innovative business solutions.
• Basic knowledge about responsible AI and digital practices to address governance, compliance, and trust issues.
