  • You will Mainframe t echnical support in order to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) & process compliance
  • You will be self-starter who will work with minimal oversight
  • Take up considerable initiative and discernment related to problem determination and resolution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mainframe System programmer.
  • Experience in RACF z/OS System Security knowledge (i.e. RACF, CA-ACF2, CA-TopSecret, Global Security Settings, SSL & Digital Certificate, risk assessment, business continuity/DR, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of IBM policies: GSD331, ISeC CSD, & ITCS104 requirements to provide guidance to z/OS System Support teams, Business Controls and the customer .


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Broad data analysis and report writing skills
  • Proven knowledge of MS-Word and MS-Excel
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
  • Ability to manage change and be open to it good time management and an ability to work under stress
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
