Job Description
Job Responsibilities 【 Outline 】
Working Time:
Service Coverage : 8 hours * 5 days (8/9:00 AM - 5/6:00 PM CN)
  Need to provide support on customer's working days.

-Windows server build and unset.
-Responsible for maintenance of windows server.
-Window server's patch install.
-Handle maintenance request from customer.
Job Requirements (skills/experience/language skills)
Technical Skills:
Experience of windows server ( 2008/2012 ) building server is mandatory , and knowledge of AD .
Proficient in backup and restore functions for Symantec production
Knowledge of Excel ,Excel function/vb skill is preferred
Knowledge of windows patch and patch solving
Experience of powershell , bat scripting language ,VB/VBA is preferred.
Excellent in Japanese speaking ,and good communication with customer by phone/email
(at least Japanese JPLT2, speaking is important)

Knowledge of server system ,network ,storage ,database etc .*proficient in server knowledge.
(virtualization framework knowledge is preferred)

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Japanese skill is preferred .
  • Good team work.
  • Good sense of responsibilities.
  • Good sense of process/security compliance.
  • Fast learner.

  • Bachelor's Degree
