Lead Trainer- Financial Systems

Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Federal is seeing a Lead Momentum Trainer to partner with our Client lead in planning, developing, updating, and delivering instructor-led training to current users of Momentum v7.6+. This training will cover several business process modules, including Budget Management, Reimbursable Management, Requisitions to Accruals, and Purchase Card Practices, and will include annual upgrade training.
As the Lead Trainer, you will also be responsible for facilitating client Working Sessions and for providing desk-side support as needed to current users, and you will oversee the responsibilities of other Production Training Program Team members.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of demonstrated proficiency in delivering instructor-led training and facilitating discussions to Federal Government users of Financial ERP systems.
- 5+ years of demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering instructor-led training to Department of Justice users of the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) (Momentum versions 7.6 and higher).
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering instructor-led training to Federal Government users of Momentum (versions 7.6 and higher).
- Applied knowledge of Department of Justice business processes (e.g., reimbursable management, procure-to-pay).
- Applied knowledge of federal financial management.
