Lead Solutions Architect
Translates business goals and objectives to technical vision and strategy. Acts as lead for system administration team. Needs to be well versed with all modules of the ServiceNow platform. Needs to be the quality reviewer of all development work. Must align new development against business needs and ensure platform continuity. Must be able to translate business goals/vision into a technical design. Must be able to capture robust technical capital and maintain a comprehensive design documentation of each evolution of the platform.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2+ years of ServiceNow administration to include advanced skills, and broad module knowledge
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Advanced ServiceNow System Administrator
- Certified ITIL Foundations
