Junior Client Solution Executive ( Junior CSE) (m/f)

Job Description
We are looking for a young, motivated and sales-interested individual to join our CPS Cognitive Process Services (CPS) practice, working as Junior Client Solution Executive (Junior CSE) for Finance. CPS combines process, people, and technology transformation with an outsourced delivery model to create significant client business value. Our solutions provide service to clients using a mix of on-shore, near-shore and offshore IBM delivery centres. A Junior CSE will support the Sales leaders in generating pipeline, creating value propositions as well as in managing and monitoring sales pursuits. Clearly, exposure to techniques like Design Thinking as well as collaboration techniques are beneficial in the preparation of workshops and other client interactions.
A Junior CSE will be working closely with the appointed CPS/GBS Sales Leader and bid teams. In this capacity, the Junior CSE will support coordinate and orchestrate solution/proposal teams, bringing together experience from across the different areas of the IBM/GBS business. Also, the Junior CSE will support account teams in shaping and developing additional growth opportunities and initiatives with our existing clients.
The role is hands-on and requires a personal contribution to finding and presenting the best solution elements for the client - not limited to CPS, but taking into account the capabilities of the broader IBM.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Master@IBM or equivalent
  • Understanding of Finance processes
  • Interest in Sales Pursuit and client interactions
  • Affinity and interest in negotiations of large outsourcing contracts
  • Affinity and interest in bid & proposal management
  • High international and inter-cultural social competence
  • Pro-active communication in international environments
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
  • First exposure to CPS business preferred
  • Understanding of IBM GBS offerings and positioning
  • Basic understanding of the BPO Market (globally, regional and locally)
  • Independent, Confident and Motivated
