Japan M&C Center Desk Staff

Job Description
Purchase Orders and other financial transactions related to Program investment are being raised by Marketing & Communications staff ranging from Integrated Marketing & Communications (IMC), Marketing Management (MM), Marketing & Communications Operations (MCO), Students, and various non-Marketing Personnel.
There is a need to create a common reporting environment for both MCO, Finance and Marketing & Communications' Management Teams. In addition, Marketing needs to continue to improve its Business Controls Support, especially around co-marketing activities and procurement by-passes.

Provide two dedicated resources who work as the center desk which is an operation center giving M&C community support around purchase orders and other financial transactions.
The resources will work with Japan and India team to assist in the processing of Purchase Orders, payment and other requests submitted via the Marketing Financial Repository (MFR). They also give guidance on transaction management to Requestors and their India team colleagues.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • High level of reading, speaking and writing skills in Japanese
Preferred to have an experience of work using Japanese language
  • Data processing with Lotus Notes, Excel, host system and web applications e.g. MFR, RFQWeb, REQCAT, TOPS. The latter being Japan unique systems for which additional training will be provided.
