Infrastructure Service line Leader

Job Description
This role is team leader and people manager of IS Service Line and responsible for IS Service Line organization regarding hybrid cloud, resiliency services, digital workplace services business and security service sales under 10M.

IS Leader helps to lead the growth and management of all facts of the business. This requires demonstrating thought, sales and delivery leadership. Experience in managing a P&L is essential. Responsible for the ongoing identification, development and assessment of business opportunities as well as developing extensive executive and senior management relationships in client organizations.
Manage team of sales representatives responsible for developing relationships of trust with their clients for the sale of IBM solutions and services to meet/exceed key business measurements
Responsibility to attain signings and revenue targets and other business development specific measurements, develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and contribute to organizational targets
Client facing, candidate expected to establish and maintain relationships both within IBM and external clients. Evaluate client needs and communicate with executives. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, confidence in addressing complex issues, readiness to employ critical thinking and exhibit professional business conduct at all times

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Over 10 years of related experience: Senior sales leadership roles, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, leadership roles in matrix large organization.
Extensive track record of successful sales leadership including outstanding sales achievement and deal making. Strong ability to coach sales teams and lead through influence.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
