Job Description

IBM Watson Customer Engagement (WCE) is the new overriding platform solution from IBM that encompasses Watson Marketing, Watson Commerce and Watson Supply Chain. IBM Customer Engagement offerings deliver a broad range of capabilities for commerce, marketing and supply chain activities. WCE is now hiring DevOps engineers to join the tool development team of its Cloud Service Platform. Job responsibilities:
- Design and develop the best site reliability tools and integrations
- Build and maintain tools and programs to run, deploy and monitor our globally distributed platform
- Assist in development team application software build and deployment best practices

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Computer Science or Software Engineering or related majors
- Interested and quick learning in Ops and DevOps of the cloud platform
- Familiar with Linux, with experience or quick learning in using shell scripts, Python and other languages ​​or tools
- Understand cloud services and related concepts such as container orchestration
- understand microservices, REST and other related concepts
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Efficient cooperation with global teams
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible for the project
