【具体的な仕事内容】
・担当部門の窓口として、求人プロモーション、ソーシング〜選考〜入社までの一連の採用サイクルの管理・推進
・ダイレクトソーシングに重点をおいた採用計画の立案と実行
・ジョブディスクリプションの作成および各種求人メディアへの出稿
・採用活動の効果検証および担当部門へのレポーティング
・各種イベント運営(リファラル、ネットワーキングなど)
・希望に応じグローバルプロジェクトメンバーの一員として新たな採用ツールの導入検証

②人材紹介会社でのキャリアコンサルタント業務経験
③人材サービス会社での業務経験(採用関連ビジネス経験考慮)

・コンサルティング・IT業界での採用経験または実務経験
・各種Job Board等を活用したダイレクトソーシングの経験
・求人関係の媒体選定・出稿の経験
・スピーディー且つ臨機応変にマルチタスクを管理するプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
