IAM Developer and SME
Tasks and responsibilities:
The Europe IAM Tools Portfolio Management is establishing a common Identity & Access Management Solution for Europe based on ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and will replace former GIAMA and ITIM solutions and legacy tools running in Europe for SO customers and for IBM internally.
Design, development and support of Identity and Access Management solutions for SO clients and for IBM internal purposes in an international team of subject matter experts.
The solutions are based on standard products mainly from IBM Security and on internally developed tools. These have to be expanded in their functions and they have to be adjusted for serving the individual clients' needs.
The work includes the design and development of workflows, of policies, of adapters, of front-end modifications and of other tools that are needed for an effective and highly automated identity management.
The job requires to have a broad overall skill in operating systems, in middleware, network, directories and application systems, and in programming on multiple levels combined with the capability to go into details where needed, and to develop or to adjust products, tools and their components.
Expertise is needed in Java, Websphere, Frameworks (Struts as a sample), Data Bases, LDAP, script languages (Java Script, Perl, shells), Tivoli Directory Integrator, ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manage).
Good communication skills and maintaining a good client relationship are a prerequisite for being able to evaluate current client situations, to propose and to discuss solutions, to develop it, to bring it into production and to support it.
