Job Description

IBM Sweden's HR department is looking for a new HR student employee with a drive and interest for HR process and administration and some key HR strategic projects. You get the opportunity to combine your education with practical HR experience in core HR areas such as talent, engagement, compensation, workforce predictive analytics, leadership development, diversity and some ad-hoc work that vary in content.

You will be working closely with the entire HR organization in Sweden with closed collaboration with our leaders cross all line of business. You need to be proactive, flexible and independent as well as having an analytical approach to your work responsibilities.

Work assignments:

•Data analytics and HR tools
•Performance Management
•Employee Questionnaire analysis
•Employee engagement
•Leadership development
•Ad-hoc assignments

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Documentation and follow up skills
• Analytical skills
• At least two years left of your master degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office; primarily PowerPoint and Excel
• English: Fluent
• Swedish: Fluent
