HR Specialist - Recruitment

Job Description
In this position the HR Specialist is responsible to support Recruitment & Onboarding tasks in CIC SFV and BP.
This role needs to build up close relationship with CIC Management.
The position holder will receive functional direction from the CEE Recruitment Lead and business guidance from CIC HU HR Manager.

The position holder is responsible for the following:

I. Professional responsibilities

a) Recruitment
Connects to Hiring Managers / HR Partner and Resource management to obtain all necessary information relating to Hiring Requests.
Works together with functional line in order to apply global policies and processes during recruitment activities. Provides high quality recruitment service to CIC SFV and BP.
Uses all of the possible IBM Tools and all possible social media channels to find the best candidates.
Handles a pipeline of candidates in order to fulfil hiring needs smoothly.
Has a daily connection with resource management, follows up on hiring tickets and critical position needs
Has a daily connection with managers about the status of hiring requests, opened positions, interview status and offer possibilities. Continuously informs them of the recognized and screened applications, CVs.
Collects and stores applications, CVs, interview checklists and/or other recruitment related documentation
Effectively screens candidates for open positions
Organizes and actively participates in interviews
Informs applicants about the result of application in a timely manner
Collects the necessary internal approvals for offering the selected candidates
Sends offer to the selected candidates, and follows up on pending, accepted or rejected offers.
Negotiates the start date of employment to the offered candidates in line with the internal requirements
Performs the required pre-employment checks and immediately reports findings

b) Onboarding
Is responsible for the onboarding of new hires through performing the Onboarding Process steps accordingly.
Completes all of the related HR administration steps in the appropriate files, internal and external tools and databases.
Organizes and perform Contract Signing sessions
Organizes and co-ordinates Onboarding Days (newcomer education sessions). Works together with other functions in order to ensure the complexity of this education.
Creates the employee's personal folder and collects all the necessary documents. Follows up on missing documentation.

II. Internal Reporting
Reports process control points via monthly Business Controls Measurements
Monthly and/or quarterly reports/measurements to the functional line based on the instruction of the functional line
Provides the requested university of data for internal and external testing activities, audits and reviews
Provides weekly recruitment status reports
Ad Hoc reports to local or functional management

III. General tasks
Actively performs assigned tasks defined by HR Manager, HRP or HR Operations Lead
Actively participates in HR projects
Is responsible for confidential storing of related HR documentation
Supports open hours.
Follows all related processes and desk procedures.
Updates relevant parts of HR Corner
Continuously develops her skilset to keep pace with the changing environment

Location: Budapest or Szekesfehervar

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

English knowledge
Experience in Recruitment Human Resources field

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

SAP knowledge
multinational experience
