HR Service Administrator

Job Description
This is a n intermediate level position for HR Operations. The HR process agent meets the job requirements of this role by meeting Service Level Agreements and delivering productivity and cost improvements.

This position reports to the HR Team Leader and would be working closely with the respective HR Process Agent (s) and HR Administrators he/she works with .

Key Responsibilities:

q Time & Attendance data collection
q Payment and reduction data collection
q Social insurance calculation and adjustment
q Payroll processing, no off-cycle payment
q Create on-line payslip
q Bank file creation for payroll
q Social insurance report
q Run client specific monthly report through SAP
q Supports Finance posting (send payroll results data to Finance)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

HR background,Fluent JP written skill

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

BPO work experience
