As a Help Desk Analyst you will work in a call center environment. Analysts will intercept, document, troubleshoot, resolve and communicate issues via phone and ticket system. Knowledge base is available for analyst support.
IBM is hiring these positions to be located at our Rocket Center, West Virginia office (near Cumberland, MD). United States Citizenship, relocation to the Rocket Center area, and the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance are required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong technical skills (2 years)
- Strong communication/customer service skills and the ability to work in a metrics driven environment. (2 years)
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance
- High School Graduate (minimum)
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- College experience (1 to 2 years). Good working knowledge of PC usage and typical end user problems (2 years).
- Moderate Background Investigation.
