Job Description

IBM's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) manages global staffing operations and large recruitment campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
The Sourcing Executive is responsible for leading all sourcing related program management within the assigned account to implement innovative talent supply solutions, initiatives, programs, processes and tools. The Sourcing Executive also participates in the development and implementation of business solutions and is responsible for program strategy and training within the account.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship and customer satisfaction of assigned account
  • Coordinate activities and project manage account specific Sourcing Science activities around talent pipelining, market research and candidate engagement
  • Initiate and manage Sourcing Science support for existing and new client programs around Employee Referrals and Social Sharing
  • Provide strategic guidance, communication, and leadership for assigned account and IBM Operations Management
  • Represent the RPO Division and IBM with external audiences and may be involved in the development and presentation of reports, white papers, case studies, and sales presentations on topics in the field of RPO
  • Assist in the development of strategic partnerships with job boards, social media, internet, community, college, professional and veteran organization programs that meet customer hiring needs
  • Identify career fairs and other recruiting/branding events around the country to support individual programs as needed
  • Assist in gathering information about talent trends and recruitment innovation
  • Proactively leverage sourcing techniques (candidate mining via phone, social media, job boards, etc.) to educate Sourcing Science team and program resources on how to identify, push, and pull qualified candidates to meet talent demands
  • Design, implement, measure and participate in sourcing strategy plans to be presented in program QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years of focus on recruitment sourcing strategies for multiple geographies with primary and secondary sourcing methods
  • At least 3 years of experience with Project Management
  • At least 3 years of experience developing social media recruiting plans utilizing social media channels
  • At least 2 years experience with Recruitment Marketing or Employer Branding activities
  • At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office products and other software to be used to support relevant business/industry data analysis
  • BA/BSc degree
  • 25% Travel Annually
  • Fluency in English


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing sourcing team productivity
  • At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience with IT related positions
