IBM Korea - GBS Technical Solution Manager (TSM)

Job Description

1) Work with the CSE to understand customer requirements, win price and win strategy
2) Develop competitive and winning solutions
3) Lead the engagement pursuit team made up of several disciplines and delivery towers
4) Provide direction and coordinate Subject Matter Experts to design and cost the best solution for the client,
which is comprised of a combination of IBM and non-IBM offerings, services, labor, assets, hardware, and software to meet the client business requirements
5) Co-ordinate with other stakeholders such as Pricers, Contracts and Negotiations (C&N), Legal, CSE's to deliver outputs within schedules
6) Ensure technical reviews are conducted, and approvals are received timely
7) Own the definition of the proposed technical solution and certify that it meets stated customer requirements and is deliverable within the costs and other parameters specified in the solution

Required Experiences & Skills

1) Understand AMS Solution Knowledge
2) Experience in AMS-SO Delivery (not mandatory, but preferred)
3) Good interpersonal communication skills
4) Fluent english
5) Excellent proposal development skills (using PPT)
6) General understanding in IBM solutions

Preferable Experiences & Skills

- Cloud Solutioning capability and experience
(Application management or development experience in AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud, IaaS/PaaS experience)
