Your Role and Responsibilities
The Fin & Admin Delivery Team Leader assists the Delivery Manager with the delivery of a high quality, client focused service to clients and for the timely and accurate processing of complex F&A transactions and all related tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and control frameworks. They assist in strategy development, assist in setting and achieving operational objectives and track and report service performance. They handle escalated and more complex customer service issues. They are responsible for leading, motivating and managing their team of F&A professionals. They ensure that the team is cross-trained/multi-skilled and proactive client focused. In addition, they continually strive to improve the F&A processes and motivate their team members to do the same. They have impact on strategic financial results within their area of responsibility. A Fin & Admin Delivery Team Leader can also have operational responsibilities as a F&A professional. The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.

Professional knowledge related to incumbent's position, team, and department. Requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills.

Draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. Negotiation is required.

Recognize job-related problems. analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.


Works on professional projects;work is often reviewed for developmental purposes.
Understand the standard mission of the professional group and vision in own area of competence. May directly influence people in own project. Position may require coordination of activities of less experienced or less knowledgeable team members.

Accountable for individual or team results. May contribute by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements, impact customer
satisfaction, or impact immediate costs or expenses.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 6yrs of total experience - Minimum of 4-5 year relevant experience
  • At least 2years of supervisory role in a BPO/Shared Services industry
  • People management / motivating team
  • Exemplary Communication Skills - English
  • Strong logical thought capability
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills -
  • Strong Microsoft Excel user
  • Amenable to working in night shift and rotating rest days
  • Customer Engagement
  • Requires minimal supervision
  • Workload Planning & Daily Production Management
  • Amenable to work in IBM Nuvali
Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other Business-related course
