Fin & Admin Delivery Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

Handle Finance clients in different industries and across RTR
Leading client engagements / contracts across geographies- Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting
Leading customer relationships at the senior management level and ensure customer happines
Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters 'critical to quality' for effective delivery
Support sales team in building compelling business case for prospect clients to offshore business
Work closely with Process Delivery leaders in identifying improvement opportunities and implement the same across all processes.
Lead efforts on continuous process improvements and transformation along with carrying out maturity assessments
Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback and training
Ensure adequate mentorship & training of team members to ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • To ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments.
  • To ensure training of new staff on the corporate policy, delegation of authority software and the AP/AR/R2R basic processing rules to be adhered to.
  • To ensure that the buddy system is put in place to maintain the operation with minimal disruption in times of annual leave/sick leave/study leave and daily working hour schedules.
  • To monitor and document work schedule of staff and absences.
  • Build strong partnership with the client by growing and nurturing the existing relationships to ensure operational cohesion & effective foundation for future growth.
  • Taking weekly and monthly calls with clients to understand the expectations from the teams and provided updates.
  • Ensure that all audit related issues are brought to a close.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in process.
  • Coach & mentor Team lead so that they are able to manage their teams better.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • At least 10 years' experience in Shared Services Finance/BPO related
  • At least 5 years' experience in Team management, scope at least 50 members
  • Experience in new project set up
  • Strong finance and accounting domain knowledge for P2P, O2C, R2R.
  • Excellent people management skills, Problem solving, analytical and data entry mastery
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Japanese/Korean skill will be plus.
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Strong external and internal management reporting skills
  • Ability to manage client reviews & presentation.
Able to work under matrix organization with multinational co-workers
