Your Role and Responsibilities

Job Description:
- Be responsible for developing and implementing solutions to help clients to solve business problems, typically focused on customer experience strategy and enhancement, digital transformation and innovation;
- Work on projects cover a wide range of business topics and multi-industries;

- Work as a client-facing consultant on-site to lead daily execution of a project and take ownership of the overall project delivery to ensure positive business impacts;
- Present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client project teams.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 6 years of highly relevant experience in the banking & financial service industries in reputed companies; typical candidate will have 6-10 years' experience;
- Solid industry and functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business transformation, customer experience and engagement, etc.;
- Cross industries knowledge and experience such as retail, consumer products, travel and logistics or telecom;
- Demonstrated leadership and proven record of high performance in past positions;
- Passion for breaking new ground and skills to communicate complex ideas effectively;
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Cross industries knowledge and experience such as retail, consumer products, travel and logistics or telecom;
- Demonstrated leadership and proven record of high performance in past positions;
- Passion for breaking new ground and skills to communicate complex ideas effectively;
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels both internally and externally.
