Digital Strategist

Job Description
Deliver and continuously optimize the web experience as part of the overall buyer's journey to maximize demand and ensure web properties to drive BU priorities. Provide expertise on digital landscape including definition of paid media strategies, user preferences for web engagement, collect and analyze web metrics to track user activities and increase UX. Give guidance and identify optimization areas which include but are not limited to: Call to action, web copy, creative, linkages, layout, best practices, etc. Deep dive in results and reports in order to develop the best hypothesis and work on A/B testing strategies by audience behavior. Regular reporting to senior management. Maximize demand and ensure the highest effectiveness for the Business Unit's digital presence. Apply analytics to better profile, target and retarget prospects, adapting campaigns to deliver higher quality responses and improve conversion rates, development and management of the digital and social strategy for the product, and ensuring marketing objectives are strategically aligned across the buyer's digital journey.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Budget management; development and analysis of digital marketing campaigns; 1 year of acting as a Digital Strategist or equivalent

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

2+ years acting as a Digital Strategist or equivalent; NPS; Pearl; Medallia; Hotjar
