  • Develop and maintain the HK response and lead management organization and contribute to the revenue growth objectives of the investing brands
  • Efficiently handle and manage the client responses, through our marketing, sales and web initiatives, by nurturing them into validated leads.
  • Tighten linkages to various sales organizations and Business Partners for opportunity passing/acceptance and sales closure
  • Responsible for the assigned quota of VLC (validated lead count), MCL(marketing created leads), MCR(marketing created revenue) that grows double digits while reducing E/R via ever-increasing DDR(digital development rep) productivity


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • University Degree or 3 year College Diploma
  • Experience in Sales (ideally in technology, and lead generation)
  • Technical expertise (ideally in IBM products and services)
  • Strong Business Acumen


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Proven ability regarding:
    - Adaptability
    - Teaming
    - Quick learner
    - Sales success against targets
    - Effective communication/interpersonal skills
    - Multitasking
