- 組織エンゲージメント• 社内活性化サポート：例）組織エンゲージメント施策(チーム内イベント、アンケート運営など)への参画、社内研修（LK）の運営補助や関連資料作成、メンバー間のコミュニケーション促進に関する取り組み支援
- 業務プロセスの整理• 改善サポート: 例)業務フローや情報共有方法の現状を整理し改善点の抽出を支援、改善案のドラフト資料作成• 関係者との共有準備
- 生成AIを活用した業務支援：例）ICAなどの生成AIツールを用いた文書要約• 資料作成• 情報整理、AIツール活用の手順• ベストプラクティスの整理
- データ収集• ドキュメンテーション：例）プロジェクト進捗や業務改善の記録を整理し報告書• ナレッジ資料作成を補助
