Devices@IBM, NA & LA Operations Leader

Job Description
This manager will lead all the E2E Back Office Operations for Devices@IBM, for Latin America and North America Countries. Responsible for User Experience and Client satisfaction for a wide range of countries and markets (LA: 3 Markets, 10 countries and 40K Users - NA: 2 Markets, 8 countries and 130K Users).
Back Office Operations includes planning, forecasting, ordering, fulfillment and elegibility process.
This leader will also be responsible for the Supply Chain & Logistics, along with the Physical handling activities for Mexico, including Guadalajara Warehouse and Store, as well as Stores in CDMX Santa Fe and Legaria, Monterrey and Queretaro. The leader is responsible for Retail and User Experience and making the most productive environment for 10.000 IBMers in Mexico.
This is a First Line Manager position, that will report functionally to the Global Leader of Devices@IBM, and locally bluepages to the EAM Guadalajara Location Leader.
The scope of the role includes growth and services expansion, solutions redesign, global transformation projects. Using Agile principles to build EAM squads.
Contributes to the development and refinement of all processes. Works with Global Project Office teams to develop a best-in-class delivery solution and client experience. Works with CIO and Project Office to expand services portfolio. Leads the LA & NA management system, senior meetings and monthly executive Operating Review. Supports all aspects of Fall Plan processes. Must be able to work with stakeholders in Business units and across CIO to help drive the Devices@IBM strategy.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 3 years of experience with IT Asset Management Services
At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in high complex global projects
At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in Global Asset Management, with high degree of Workstation Asset Management services knowledge.
Excellent communication skills,
Must be creative with issue resolution.
Readiness to travel 5% travel annually.
English: Fluent.
ITIL Certified
Should be able to drive Continuous Improvement in process.
Strong Team leadership skills. Ability to provide business directions to global team members.
Strong stakeholder capability - able to operate at all levels with the internal client and CIO. At least 3 years on People Management and Management experience positions
