Delivery Project Executive

Job Description
The DPE is the overall leader of the Service Delivery team for their account(s). They are responsible for service quality, service delivery performance and driving service excellence.

DPE will partner with PE in attainment of PE financial and client satisfaction targets (per DOU/SOWs); get involved in contract solutions (being a trusted solution advisor and promote new solutions); be familiar with the client's business and participates in opportunity identification and responsible to balance quality and cost management of service delivery areas.

DPE is responsible for audit-readiness for service delivery; integrating services to meet service level agreements and budgets. Responsible to bring service delivery operational innovation examples in use on the account to the client on a monthly basis during the Client Delivery Plan (CDP) review. Advocate to service delivery for PE and Client and negotiates for proper funding for service delivery.

Responsible for defining and owning the Service/Quality Improvement plan. Jointly with the PE, the DPE is also responsible for agreement of integrated solutions, SLA reports, and exercising the communications plans; negotiation of financial agreement (DPEs role in cost management and PE for revenue as appropriate) and negotiation of DOU (as appropriate) and SOWs on who will manage 3rd party agreements, etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of proven senior level DPE experience, previous IBM experience would be a benefit. Ability to work with senior client executives and lead service delivery efforts for an account.
