Cybersecurity Consultant - GRC Compliance

Your role and responsibilities

El Analista GRC se enfoca en tres áreas interconectadas:

1. Gobernanza: Asegurar que las políticas, estándares y estructuras organizacionales estén en su lugar para dirigir las actividades de seguridad y alcanzar los objetivos.
2. Riesgo: Identificar, evaluar, priorizar y mitigar las amenazas y vulnerabilidades que podrían impactar la Confidencialidad, Integridad y Disponibilidad (CID) de los activos de la organización.
3. Cumplimiento (Compliance): Garantizar la adhesión a las leyes, regulaciones, contratos y estándares de la industria (ej., ISO 27001, GDPR/LOPD, PCI-DSS).

Documentación y Políticas Desarrollar, revisar y mantener el marco de políticas de seguridad (ej., Política de Uso Aceptable, Estándares de Configuración). * Mapear controles de seguridad a los requisitos de los frameworks (ej., NIST CSF, ISO 27002).

Gestión de Riesgos Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo y análisis de impacto en el negocio (BIA). * Evaluar y gestionar los riesgos de terceros y proveedores. * Supervisar la ejecución de los planes de remediación de riesgos.

Cumplimiento y Auditoría* Servir como punto de contacto en auditorías internas y externas, recopilando y presentando evidencia. * Realizar evaluaciones de brechas (Gap Analysis) para determinar el nivel de cumplimiento normativo. * Monitorear el estado de los controles de seguridad.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Conocimientos Técnicos y de GRC

• Frameworks de Seguridad: Dominio de al menos uno de los principales marcos: ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT, o PCI-DSS.
• Regulaciones: Comprensión profunda de las leyes de privacidad y protección de datos relevantes (ej., GDPR, leyes locales).
• Metodologías de Riesgo: Experiencia en la aplicación de metodologías de evaluación y gestión de riesgos (risk assessment).
• Arquitectura de Seguridad: Conocimiento funcional de las tecnologías de seguridad (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM) para evaluar si cumplen con las políticas.
  Habilidades Blandas (Soft Skills)
• Comunicación Estratégica: Capacidad para comunicar riesgos técnicos a la alta dirección y al personal no técnico.
• Negociación y Colaboración: Habilidad para trabajar con áreas como TI, Legal y Operaciones para lograr la remediación de riesgos.
• Pensamiento Analítico: Capacidad para analizar grandes cantidades de datos (hallazgos de auditoría, informes de riesgo) y extraer conclusiones procesables.
