In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Profissional com experiência em curadoria de conteúdos e desenvolvimento de fluxos conversacionais, atuando em todas as etapas do ciclo, desde a análise de dados até a definição de linguagem e documentação técnica. Foco em criar experiências interativas eficientes, alinhadas às necessidades do usuário e aos objetivos do negócio.
Responsabilidades e Atuação
• Atuação completa no ciclo de curadoria, garantindo qualidade e consistência dos fluxos;
• Análise de volumetria de conversas para identificar padrões e oportunidades de melhoria;
• Levantamento de requisitos funcionais e regras de negócio para definição de escopo;
• Desenho de fluxogramas e modelagem de intenções e entidades para sistemas conversacionais;
• Desenvolvimento, testes e ajustes de fluxos conversacionais, assegurando aderência às boas práticas;

• Participação na definição de tom de voz, guia de linguagem e elaboração de documentação técnica.
Conhecimentos Técnicos e Ferramentas
• Experiência com plataformas de chatbot e assistentes virtuais;
• Conhecimento em modelagem de intents, entidades e fluxos de diálogo;
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de design de fluxos e documentação funcional;
• Capacidade de aplicar métricas de análise de conversas para otimização contínua.
Habilidades Complementares
• Forte capacidade analítica para interpretação de dados e definição de estratégias;
• Habilidade em comunicação clara e colaboração com equipes multidisciplinares;
• Foco em experiência do usuário (UX) e melhoria contínua.

Required technical and professional expertise
Requisitos Imprescindiveis:
- Experiência no desenvolvimento e curadoria de assistentes virtuais por voz e texto.
- Domínio de plataformas de IA conversacional: IBM Watsonx Assistant (incluindo New Experience), Watsonx Orchestrate e Dialogflow.
- Sólidos conhecimentos em análise de dados e logs de conversas para melhorias contínuas.
- Programação com Python para integração via APIs RESTful (uso de Flask e FastAPI).
- Experiência com ferramentas como Insomnia, Git e automação de curadoria.
- Conhecimento avançado em NLP e aplicação de IA generativa (OpenAI, Watsonx, técnicas RAG).
- Capacidade de orientar e treinar membros juniores da equipe.
- Perfil híbrido: técnico, estratégico e com foco na experiência do usuário e nos objetivos do negócio.
