Compliance Coordinator

Job Description
Compliance Coordinators ensure that the operational aspects of delivered service are properly monitored, executed and in-line with contractual obligations, IBM and client security documents (such as ITCS104 and CSD) and global process documents. They support various processes to guarantee proper execution of the tasks. This role is strongly focused on the cooperation with other IBM Teams and coordination of their work. Compliance Coordinators main goal is to fix all non-compliant situation that pose the risk to the customer and were identified as part of the control reviews.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in IT Security, Service Management or on similar position,
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written,
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of people from Technical teams to Account Executives,
  • Data analysis skills,
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills,
  • Excellent organizational skills,
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure,
  • Effective cooperation with team members to carry out assigned duties,
  • Fluent in preparing and recommending alternative solutions,
  • Experience in escalating problems effectively and negotiating desired outcomes,
  • Problem solving skills
