Cloud Sales Manager
To expand in Hong Kong market, we are looking for an experienced sales manager to lead the sales team to drive the IBM Cloud software portfolio business including the Cloud Platform, Integration Software, Data and AI.
- To meet/exceed the sales target assigned, and to make IBM the leader on Hybrid Cloud, Data and IA in Hong Kong.
- To develop the sales strategy based on the WW/GCG sales strategy/focus, and adapt to the local market with a solid executable plan.
- To build and grow the high performance sales team
- To develop teaming relationships with broader IBM sales ecosystem, including industry, services, and business partner teams.
Skills / Experience Profile:
- Proven sales track record on selling software in Hong Kong.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: strong interviewing, facilitation, written and oral presentation skills at executive management level.
- Strong business acumen in multiple business functional areas: experience with formulating strategic direction and performance improvement opportunities.
- Extensive experience with complex software solution sales cycles to enterprise customers in multiple industries
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 15 years+ experience in Software Sales or Consulting, with at least 5 years in business/sales management level.
- Languages : Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration is an added advantag e
